Permitted use

Use the store to browse lawful consumer solar goods, create an account, place genuine orders, manage membership and contact support. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and follow product instructions.

Prohibited activity

• No fraud, stolen payment method, false identity or intentional chargeback misuse.
• No automated scraping that disrupts service, security probing, malware, credential attacks or bypassing rate limits.
• No resale representation that falsely claims affiliation, certification, guaranteed energy savings or safety performance.
• No unlawful destination routing, battery misdeclaration or request to evade customs and carrier controls.
• No abusive, threatening, infringing or special-category material in forms.

Safe product use

Do not modify batteries, connect products to unsuitable power, install beyond the stated IP environment or present consumer lights as emergency, security, pest-control, sterilisation or regulated electrical equipment. Fixed electrical work requires a qualified electrician and is outside this store.

Enforcement and reporting
